Fault Mode is a two-man band, located in Atlanta, GA, USA.

Members: Jon Derek Wilson & Joseph “Mothy” Brooks

Derek is a lifelong guitar player, and also plays keyboard/synths and programs drums.
Joe plays keyboards/synths, programs drums, and sings.
They both dabble in field recordings, and mangle and glitch audio to create the unique sound of Fault Mode.

Fault Mode primarily uses Propellerheads/ReasonStudios Reason for music production.

The duo met in 2003 and started working together as a hobby. Around 2007 Joe left Georgia and the two lost contact for 10 years. In 2017 Joe moved back to Georgia and the two were reunited. Their mutual passion for music once again aligned and in 2018 Fault Mode was born. In 2020 they released their first three albums, Karma Suture, 8 Track Time Machine, and Messed Up, followed by the release of Six Feet Under in 2022.
